Choose a Priority

Priority does not have a plural.  Multitasking and to-do lists create an anxious feeling of busy-ness by flicking your attention and energy chaotically around.  Ask your self "What is my absolute priority right now in my life?", "If I could only choose one thing, what do I want to create more of and what one thing should I be focused on?"

Observe the Moon Phases

Being in rhythm with the moon cycle is as important as your morning routine and your annual holiday. Resting with the dark moon and pausing gratitude practice with the full moon will recharge your energy. Simply go outside to look at the moon more often, and you will start to feel the energy of each moon phase and connect to the rhythm of her cycle breathing in and out, just like your breathe.

Active Meditation

Active meditation helps you to become more reflective. Through active meditation you become more kind to yourself by observing without judgement.  Gardening, cooking, bush walk, sewing, music and craft help to calm your mind, settle your emotions and allow your creative energy to flow. Choose something that you continue to do the old, slow way. Anything you choose can be an active meditation when you put the right intention behind it.
