If you feel frazzled, overwhelmed, anxious, 'out of your body', and can't sleep because you can't stop thinking, then more grounding is a simple way to help make a shift. Daily grounding habits will help to keep the anxious, overthinking energy away, clearing space for calm and clear mind, body and soul.

2. Go outside, look at the moon and take some time to breathe, rest, reflect and set intentions for the coming days.

3. Manage your energy, not your time

4. Remember that saying no is easy when your intentions are clear

5. Make wishes often

6. Ground yourself by walking barefoot on the earth, it clears your energy field

7. Pause at the end of your out breath occasionally

8. Have 3 hobbies. One that keeps you active, one that keeps you creative and one that keeps you learning

9. One breath, one step, one day at a time

10. As you take a step in the direction of your dreams, the next step will reveal itself.
